Originally from California, I teach a style of yoga that encourages exploration rather than performance.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and the philosophy of yoga, each practice becomes a space to develop strength, flexibility, and confidence, while respecting each person’s individual pace.
From Vinyasa to Gentle Yoga, my intention is to guide you toward a freer and more compassionate relationship with your body.

For over 20 years, yoga has been a part of my personal and professional journey.
With a background in psychology and holistic health, I now integrate yoga into various settings: group classes, teacher training, individual coaching, mental health clinics and corporate workshops.
A practice rooted in listening, curiosity, and welcoming each person just as they are.
