Taco Tuesday Yoga Club was created around a simple idea: wellness is not only about what we practice on the mat, itâs also about the moments we share together.
Once a month, the Home Studio opens its doors for an evening of movement, food, and connection.
We begin with a feel-good yoga practice designed to move, breathe, and release the day.
