Mon approche
Une approche vivante du yoga à Bordeaux
Originaire de Californie, je transmets un yoga qui invite à explorer plutôt qu’à performer.
À travers le mouvement conscient, la respiration et la philosophie du yoga, chaque pratique devient un espace pour développer force, mobilité et confiance, tout en respectant le rythme de chacun.
Du Vinyasa au Yoga doux, mon intention est de vous accompagner vers une relation plus libre et bienveillante avec votre corps.
L’art du repos profond
Dans un monde qui nous demande souvent d’aller plus vite, apprendre à ralentir devient une véritable pratique.
À travers le Yin Yoga, le Yoga Nidra et mes expériences de Deep Rest, je crée des espaces où vous pouvez relâcher les tensions, déposer ce que vous portez et retrouver un sentiment d’équilibre intérieur.
Un moment où il n’y a rien à réussir, simplement être.
Partager, transmettre, accompagner
Depuis plus de 20 ans, le yoga accompagne mon chemin personnel et professionnel.
Avec une formation en psychologie et santé holistique, j’intègre aujourd’hui le yoga dans différents espaces : cours collectifs, formations de professeurs, accompagnements individuels et interventions en entreprise.
Une transmission ancrée dans l’écoute, la curiosité et l’accueil de chaque personne telle qu’elle est.
