Vinyasa
Ignite your inner fire
My take on Vinyasa is a sunny combination of harmony, strength, and balance.
I construct my Vinyasa flows for them to be a joyous stringing of postures moving seamlessly from one another, and held together by conscious breathing.
My goal is to help building strength and improving flexibility, along with finding grace and fluidity in movement.
Yin the mellow
Deep stretching, loving care, chill-yin
Yin yoga is a series of postures meant to increase flexibility and restore balance and harmony in body & mind.
Yin postures target the deep connective tissues between muscles and fascia throughout the body and increase circulation in the joints.
On top of it all, it chills you tf out!
Dreamy Nidra
Restoring and healing
Yoga Nidra is the yoga of awareness: in this lies the secret of self-healing.
Yoga Nidra is a pratyhara technique (withdrawal of the senses) in which the distractions of the mind are contained and the mind is relaxed. Nidra develops a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping comparable to lucid dreaming.
It relieves stress, improves sleep, mental focus & awareness. It’s a most restful and restorative practice.
Namaskate
Restoring and healing
Namaskate was born out of a passion (and compassion!) for skateboarding. My husband is a pro-skater and I’ve been surrounded by the international skate culture for a whole decade.I’ve observed how taxing skating can be on joints, and how strongly relies on core strength and hip mobility. My namaskate yoga class has a playful approach and promotes body awareness to bring relief to joints, stretching and strengthening core muscles, and improving balance.
And it’s pro-skater approved 🙂
